大学生阳光体育综合运动会模式的研究

摘　　要：通过文献分析、访问调查和实证研究等方法,对大学生阳光体育的有序组织方法进行探讨,进而构建其"综合运动会"模式。分析认为:(1)综合运动会组织了多种运动项目供大学生选择,吸引不同运动能力、不同兴趣爱好的大学生参与,拓宽了参与面;(2)综合运动会项目经过创新设计,在传统项目的基础上,加入体育娱乐的元素,使运动项目更具有吸引力;(3)积分与奖励的科学设计将激发大学生组团参与的积极性,增强大学生的凝聚力;(4)大学体育管理部门与大学生社团组织的分工合作以及良好互动,是综合运动会正常运行的重要保证。结果表明:深圳大学的阳光体育综合运动会获得广大师生的认可,这种结合本校实际、创新设计并组织实施的阳光体育组织模式是可行的,具有一定的借鉴价值和参考意义。This paper discusses the ordering method of sunshine sports by using the methods of documents, investigate and empirical study, then we construct its ＂Comprehensive Games＂ mode. By analysis that （1） the comprehensive games organize several sports events to college students, it attract the different sports ability and interests students into games, and it widen students＇ practicing. （2） The projects of the comprehensive games were innovatively designed, based on the traditional events, many projects become more attractive after adding sports entertainment elements. （3） Scientifically design the integration and rewards would excite the participa- tive enthusiasm and the cohesion of college students. （4） The important guarantee to the normal operation of the comprehensive games was the division and cooperation and better interaction which between sports management department and mass organizations. The results show that the comprehensive games of Shenzhen University were recognized by many students and teachers, it is feasible to the comprehensive games mode which were combined with practical, innovative designed, organization and implementation, and it has some reference val- ue and significance.
