摘　　要：高校学生党员的教育与培养是高校党建工作的重要环节,从群体建设的角度提出发挥高校学生党员群体凝聚力的观点,并以淮南师范学院学生公寓党员工作站建设为例,探究如何增强高校学生党员群体凝聚力、影响力和战斗力。The party member＇s education and training is the important part of Party Building Work in universities. How to give full play to the exemplary vanguard role of Party members among college students？ From the perspective of group construction, this paper proposed the view of playing the group cohesion of Party member in universities. Taking the residence workstation construction of party members in Huainan Normal University as an example, it talks about how to enhance the cohesion, the influence and the combat effectiveness of Party members in practice.
