对我国教育行政管理体制的思考

摘　　要：教育行政体制作为国家领导教育的最基本方式,是各项教育管理活动得以顺利进行的基础,影响着教育管理模式的选择。我国的教育行政管理是在我国特有的政治、经济、文化背景下产生的,具有我国的特点。通过教育行政管理体制现状的分析,客观了解我国教育行政管理体制的发展与不足,使我国教育政管理能有针对性地进行改革,推动我国教育管理模式更加适应社会的发展。Educational administrative management system is a basic means to manage the educational industry by a government , and it is a base on which all kinds of educational management can carry out . The current educational administrative management system in China emerged under the condition of Chinese economic and political system. The paper analyzes the current educational administrative management system , especially the defects of the system . The purpose is to promote the reform of the management system so as to adapted to the economic development of China.
