皖北三市科技投入对经济增长的拉动效应研究

摘　　要：利用计量经济学的误差修正模型研究了皖北三个地级城市科技投入对经济增长的贡献,分析了经济增长与科技投入之间短期波动和长期均衡相关度。结果发现,皖北三市科技投入量与地区经济增长量的相关在统计上极为显著。从弹性系数看,科技投入对地区经济增长的促进作用也十分明显,皖北三市的地区生产总值(GDP)对科技投入的弹性系数分别为0.4781%、0.0296%和0.6656%,潜在推动效率均超过100,这说明皖北三市科技投资对经济增长的促进作用非常强。This research tries to indicate the relationship between scientific investments and the economy development level of three cities in Northern Anhui Province through the analysis of VECM （Vector Error Correction Model）. It was found that investments in science and technology has obviously led to the economic development of these cities, and the coefficients of elasticity are 0.4781% , 0. 0296% and 0. 6656% respectively, and the potential coefficient of economic promoting efficiency is more than 100. The result also showed that the investments in science and technology attributed a lot to the regional GDPs , which suggested that investments in science and technology played much important roles in the economy development of three cities.
