摘　　要：对我国足球后备人才培养中的热点问题进行了分析,结果表明:资金投入、相关管理、训练机制、选材不系统和教练能力等方面均为比较突出的问题,建议着手采取拓宽运动员选拔途径、加强教练员队伍建设、制定科学训练体系以及完善足球后备人才培养体系等策略完善我国足球后备人才培养体制。The paper made an analysis of the football reserves cultivating in our country, the results show that capital investment, management level , training mechanism, selection system of football reserves and coaches are important problems to be considered . Broadening the athlete selection , intensifying the training of coaches, formulating scientific and perfect training system of soccer reserve personnel training system are regarded as the strategies to be taken to perfect soccer reserve person- nel training system.
