摘　　要：对创新的促进被认为是企业集群这种产业组织形式的特有优势,但对集群内部不同主体间的协同创新运作的研究却相对缺乏,本文立足协同创新知识共同体载体探讨其运作治理问题,首先分析了关系、互动、创新集成与创新收益的集群创新集成治理逻辑,接着阐述了创新集成的动机、过程与结构治理途径。The promotion of innovation is considered a kind of important advantage of enterprises cluster,which is a unique industrial organization form. But the existing literatures care little about the integration innovation between various organizations inside the： cluster. This paper, from the view of clusters governance, analyzes the governance logic among relation,interaction, collaborative innovation and innovation rent. then describes the specific governance measures and the governance framework .
