摘 要:升级是代工企业制造技能从简单到复杂逐渐发展的过程,是维持竞争优势的一种高效方法。组织学习是代工企业技术能力提升进而实现企业升级的必要途径。代工企业通过组织学习实现企业升级的过程为:外部知识获取、组织内部知识处理和组织内部知识运用等。此外,组织学习还会受到代工企业资源的影响。将代工企业升级的类型分为流程升级、产品升级和功能升级,实证分析了代工企业社会资本、组织学习和企业升级之间的关系。研究结果表明:代工企业社会资本对其组织学习有显著的正向影响;组织学习对代工企业的流程升级、产品升级及功能升级有显著的正向影响。Upgrading is the process of the stepwise development of the manufacturing skills of OEMs from simple to more complicated tasks, which can be regarded as a highly effective approach for supporting competitive advantage. This paper regards organizational learning as a process to en- hance the technical capacity and to realize enterprise upgrading. The process of OEMs~ upgrading from organizational learning includes knowledge acquisition from partners, knowledge processing in OEMs, knowledge application in OEMs, and so forth. In addition, organizational learning is also af- fected by OEMs~ resources, which are defined in this article as social capital. This paper divides the upgrading into process upgrading, product upgrading and functional upgrading, and explores empiri- cally the research of the relationship among social capital, supplier involvement, and upgrading. The results show: i) OEMs' social capital has a positive effect on OEMs' organizational learning; ii) or- ganizational learning has a positive effect on OEMs process upgrading and product upgrading and iii) Organizational learning also has a positive effect on OEMs' functional upgrading.
