干吸法配合粘弹性物质治疗晶状体后囊膜破裂疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察干吸法配合粘弹性物质治疗晶状体后囊膜破裂的临床疗效。方法采用干吸法配合粘弹性物质治疗晶状体后囊膜破裂68例。结果术后1周裸眼视力≥0.5者61例(89.7%),7例(10.3%)视力恢复不良。患者术后眼压全部正常,平均(0.65±0.05)mm Hg,平均前房深度(2.7±0.8)mm。68例患者均瞳孔正圆居中,未出现瞳孔变形、人工晶状体偏位、脱位或虹膜夹持等情况。结论粘弹性物质配合应用下,采用干吸法处理后囊膜破裂,操作简单,易于掌握,术后反应较轻,并发症少,视力恢复好,值得进一步探索和推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of ＂dry absorption method＂ with viscoelastic material in treatment of the lens capsule rupture.Methods 68 cases of the lens capsule rupture were treated by ＂dry absorption method＂ with the viscoelastic material and the effect was observed.Results One week after operation,the uncorrected visual acuity ≥ 0.5 was in 61 cases（89.7%）;7 cases（10.3%） with poor visual acuity.postoperative intraocular pressure were all normal,average was（0.65±0.05）mmHg;the average anterior chamber depth was（2.7±0.8）mm.68 patients pupil lie center,did not appear pupil deformation,and intraocular lens decentration,dislocation or iris clip and so on.Conclusion Using ＂dry absorption method＂ with viscoelastic material in treatment of the lens capsule rupture,the operation was simple and easy to master,the postoperative reaction was mild with few complications and good visual acuity,which was worthy of further exploration and use
