摘  要:从野外自然感病的假臭草中分离到一致病菌株J4B,经致病力测定、菌落形态、培养性状观察及rDNA ITS序列分析表明:J4B的致病力强,发病症状明显,菌落呈白色至黄色、绒毛状、边缘整齐,生长速率为0.98 mm/d,不产孢,ITS序列长622bp。生物学特性研究表明:该菌以连续黑暗培养对菌丝生长最好,最适温度为30℃,55℃30min菌丝死亡,最适pH值为6,最佳培养基为PDA和PSA培养基,最佳碳源和氮源分别是半乳糖和硝酸钠。A pathogen (J4B) isolate from the diseased leaves of Eupatorium catarium which was collected in the fields of Hainan province. Based on pathogenicity test, morphological obsrvation of colonies, culture characteristics, rDNA ITS sequence analysis. The isolate J4B with high pathogenicity against Eupatorium catarium, symptoms was special, on PDA medium the colony is white and yellow, fluffy, neat edge, growth rate is 0.98 ram/d, no condia, ITS sequence length is 622 bp. The biolc,gical characteristics test result showed that the optimum light conditions was continuous darkness for the growth of J4B, the optimum temperature was 30℃, the optimum pH was 6, the lethal temperature was 55℃ remaining 30 rain, the optimum medium were PDA and PSA, the optimum C source and N source were Galactose and NaNO3.
