学校体育与社区体育融合发展的问题与对策

摘　　要：学校体育与社区体育融合发展是未来体育发展的基本趋势。当前,由于体制、机制以及组织形式等多方面的原因,我国学校体育与社区体育的融合发展还遇到很多问题,学校和社区各自的体育优势没有得到充分发挥,还没有真正实现人力资源、物质资源和文化资源的高度共享。要实现学校体育与社区体育的融合发展,必须坚持"政府主导,市场运作"的融合理念,研究和探索其融合发展的管理体制与工作机制、组织形式、经费保障和具体结合方式。The integration development of school physical education and community sports is the basic direction of future physical education development. Currently, due to various factors such as management mechanism, working mechanism, and organization forms, the integration of China＇ s school physical education and community sports is still loose, the respective advantages of the school and the community has not been fully exerted yet, and the high- ly sharing of human resources, material resources and cultural resources has not been accomplished yet. In order to realize the integration development of school physical education and community sports, one should adhere to the integrated idea of ＂government leading, market operating＂, study and explore the integration＇s management mechanism, working mechanism, organization forms, expense guarantee and specific integration forms.
