摘　　要：近年来,辽宁省锡伯族传统文化发展取得了显著的成绩,但在国际化和现代化的背景下,锡伯族文化在传承与发展过程中仍然存在一些问题。论述了如何运用科学理论加以指导,从规范化、文本化、专业化、普及化和以文化资本运营理论为指导的产业化等方面入手,对辽宁省锡伯族文化进行有效的保护与合理的开发利用。In recent years,the development of traditional Xibe culture in Liaoning Province has made remarkable achievement.However,some problems still exist concerning the inheritence and protection of Xibe culture under the background of internationalization and modernization.This paper discusses how to use scientific theories to guide the effective protection and utilization of Xibe culture in Liaoning Province from the aspects of standardization,text,specialization,popularization,and industrialization.
