摘　　要：财务管理专业教育的国际化是当前财务管理理论界与教育界共同面临的课题,国际化人才培养是今后本科财务管理专业发展的一个重要方向,只有在培养方案、教学内容、教学方式、师资力量和社会实践等多方面实现了国际化,才能真正实现国际化财务管理人才的培养目标。The internationalization of education for financial management major is a common task that theoretical researchers and educators must face nowadays.Cultivating practical and internationalized talents is an important orientation for the future development of financial management major.Only by the internationalization of cultivating plan,teaching content,teaching method,teaching faculty and social practice can the goal of cultivating practical and internationalized talents of financial management be truly realized.
