易贝滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎后干眼症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察易贝滴眼液(重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液)治疗过敏性结膜炎后干眼症的疗效。方法选择90例过敏性结膜炎后确诊为干眼症患者并将其随机分成两组,治疗组45例(90眼)使用易贝滴眼液,每日5次,每次1滴;对照组45例(90眼)使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液,每日5次,每次1滴。用药后对2周进行眼主观症状、BUT、Sit、FL的评价。结果治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论易贝滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎后干眼症疗效显著,可优先选用。Abstract= Objective To observe the eB ep of ay ide eye drops （recombinant human rmal growth factor eye drops） dry eye after effect. Methods 90 patients with allergic conjunctivitis when diagnosed dry eye patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 45 cases （90 eyes） using day every1 YIBEI eye drops 5 drops; the contro times a 1 groupof 45 cases hyaluronate （90 eyes） using eye drops 5 times sodium a day every1 drops. On medication after 2 week for eye subjective symptoms, BUT, Sit, FL evaluation.
