摘 要:目的探讨中国人群中GSTM1基因多态和喉癌危险因素的关系,以期为肿瘤的基础和临床研究提供循证依据。方法通过计算机检索有关中国人群中GSTM1基因多态和喉癌相关研究的文献,严格按照纳入和排除标准,对检索到的符合标准的5篇文献进行Meta分析,对数据进行异质性检验,最后选择固定或随机效应模式进行统计学处理,根据数据结果进行分析,绘制漏斗图并评价发表偏倚对结果的影响程度。结果经过数据汇总分析,中国人群中GSTM1基因空白缺失型和GSTM1野生基因携带型的比较,异质性检验P〉0.05,实验选用固定效应模式,平均优势比为2.46,其95%可信区间为1.87~3.24,合并后的Z值为6.41,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 GSTM1基因空白缺失型可能增加中国人群的喉癌发病风险。Objective To investigate the association of GSTM1 gene polymorphism with laryngeal carcinoma risk among Chinese population. Methods Five independent investigations were strictly selected according to related inclusion and exclusion criteria for meta-analysis by computer-based retrieval. Fixed or random effect model was selected for processing data basis on the results of heterogeneity test. Also, the funnel plot was made for evaluation of the publication biases. Results By comparing the GSTM null genotype group with the GSTM positive genotype group, the fixed effect model was applied because the test of hetero- geneity was not significant(P〉0.05 ). The pooled odds ratio was 2.46 and its 95%CI was 1.87 to 3.24 and the test for overall ef- fect Z value was 6.41. The difference showed statistical signifcanc (P〈0.05). Conclusion The results of meta-analysis suggest that GSTM1 null genotype might have a correlation with laryngeal cancer risk among Chinese population.
