标准三联疗法联合依卡倍特钠治疗幽门螺杆菌相关十二指肠球部溃疡疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价标准三联疗法联合依卡倍特钠治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关十二指肠球部溃疡的临床疗效,以及加入依卡倍特钠对提高疗效的作用。方法选择符合入选标准的Hp相关十二指肠球部溃疡患者124例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予依卡倍特钠1.5 g,每天2次,并联合应用奥美拉唑20 mg、克林霉素0.5 g、阿莫西林1 g,每天2次,连用7 d,对照组服用奥美拉唑20 mg、克林霉素0.5 g、阿莫西林1 g,每天2次,连用7 d。疗程结束后4周,采用14C尿素呼气试验(14C-UBT)检测Hp根除情况。结果在临床症状缓解方面及Hp根除治疗方面,治疗组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准三联疗法联合依卡倍特钠治疗能显著改善Hp相关十二指肠球部溃疡患者的临床症状,加入依卡倍特钠提高了标准三联疗法根除Hp的疗效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of standard triple therapy combined with ecabet sodium in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori （Hp） related duodenal bulb ulcer and the role adding ecabet sodium to increase the curative effects. Meth- otis 124 patients with Hp-related duodenal bulb ulcer were randomized into two groups. The therapy group received ecabetsodi- um 1.5 g, omerazole 20 mg, clarithromycin 0.5 g and amoxicillin 1 g, twice daily, for successive 7 d. The control group received omerazole 20 mg, clarithromycin 0.5 g and amoxicillin 1 g, twice daily, for successive 7 d. In 4 weeks after treatment, the eradica- tion of Hp was examined by ＇~C-UBT. Results The therapy group was better than contrast group in terms of alleviating the clini- cal symptoms and eradicating Hp with statisical difference between the two groups. Conclusion Standard triple therapy com- bined with eeabet sodium can significandy improve the clinical symptoms of Hp-related duodenal bulb ulcer and increase the eradication efficacy of Hp.
