心理护理干预对视网膜脱离患者负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理干预对视网膜脱离患者负性情绪的影响。方法选取2011年1—12月在该科住院手术的视网膜脱离患者84例,随机分为干预组和对照组各42例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上进行特定的心理护理干预,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对2组患者在心理护理干预前后进行调查,比较两组疗效。结果两组患者干预前SAS与SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过心理护理干预后,与对照组相比,干预组SAS、SDS的评分显著低于对照组,评分有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论视网膜脱离患者可伴有多种心理障碍,心理护理干预能显著降低视网膜脱离患者的负性情绪,帮助其建立积极的心理应对能力,使患者处于最佳心理状态接受治疗。Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on negative emotion in retinal detachment patients. Methods A total of 84 inpatients with retinal detachment in our department from January to December 2011 were se lected and averagely divided into the intervention group （42 cases） and the control group （42 cases） at random. Routine nursing was given to both groups, but additional psychological nursing intervention was adopted in the intervention group. To compare the efficacy, the Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and the Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） were adopted for evaluation before and after nursing intervention in both groups. Results The difference of the SAS scores and the SDS scores between the two groups before nursing intervention had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. However, the scores of SAS and SDS in the intervention group after psychological intervention in the intervention group were much lower than those in the control group ,which showed statistical dif- ference between them （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The patients of retinal detachment might have many kinds of psychological obsta cles. Psychological nursing intervention could reduce the negative emotion of these patients significantly and help them to gain positive emotion and active psychological coping ability, which allow them to receive treatment in the best psychological condition.
