摘　　要：目的:对手术和放疗联合治疗恶性胶质瘤的临床效果进行研究分析。方法:抽取68例患有恶性胶质瘤的临床确诊患者,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组34例。A组采用手术治疗;B组采用手术与放疗联合治疗。结果:B组治疗后的情况明显优于A组;B组存活率明显高于A组;B组患者复发例数明显少于A组。结论:应用手术与放疗联合法治疗恶性胶质瘤的临床效果显著。Objective ：To study and analyze the clinical effect of surgery and radiotherapy in patients with malignant glioma.Methods ：68 cases of clinically diagnosed patients with malignant glioma were extracted and divided into two groups（A and B）, an average of 34 cases was in each group.Group A was treated surgical ; group B was treated with surgery combined with radiotherapy.Results ：The manifestations in group B was significantly better than group A, the survival rate of group B was significantly higher than group A after treatment, the cases of recurrence were significantly less than A group after the end of a period of time.Conclusion ：The clinical effect is very obvious of surgery combined with radiotherapy treatment of malignant glioma.
