摘　　要：以西门子S7-200PLC作为控制器,控制伺服电机带动丝杠螺母副运动,从而实现工作台的运动控制。通过合理的系统软硬件设计和控制工艺设计,利用伺服电机的高控制精度和滚珠丝杠螺母副的高传动精度,保证工作台高精度的运动控制。The motion of a screw-nut pair is driven by the servo motor which is controlled by Siemens ST-200PLC, and finally the motion control of the working table is achieved. Through the rational design of hardware, software and control technology, by use of the high-precision control of servo motor and the high transmission accuracy of ball screw-nut, the high-precision motion control of the table is ensured.
