关于高校德育环境建设的思考

摘　　要：高校德育环境是学生品德形成、发展的重要外部条件 ,对大学生的政治思想素质的全面形成和发展有一定的影响与制约。从德育环境的功能看 ,它对大学生道德认识有导向作用 ,对大学生情感有熏陶和感染作用 ,对大学生行为有约束和规范作用 ,对大学生品德形成有榜样示范作用。因此 ,加强德育环境建设 ,应注意高校的物质环境、制度环境和精神环境等因素的建设 ,使大学生在一种“无声之教”The favourable environment for moral culture in colleges,which is an important external condition to form and develop students'virtue,has a definite effect and restriction on the overall formation and development of the political and ideological quality of college students.The favourable environment for moral culture has a guidance effect on moral cognition of college students,and exerts edifying influence on their emotion and conforms to binding and standards of their behaviour,and sets an example to their moral formation.Therefore,strengthening the favourable environment building for moral culture,we should pay great attention to the factors of the material environment,rules and regulations environment and spiritual environment so as for the college students to grow healthily in a favourable environment of “Silent teaching”.
