我国东、西部中小企业金融排斥状况研究

摘　　要：从金融排斥的角度研究中小企业融资难的问题,通过选取2002年至2011年相关数据,根据金融排斥维度的不同分别构建了东、西部中小企业金融排斥综合指数,在此基础上对东、西部中小企业受金融排斥状况进行区域对比,研究结果发现,东部地区中小企业金融排斥程度总体上高于西部地区,西部地区地理排斥和评估排斥强于东部地区。The paper analyzes the difficulties in domestic Small and Medium Enterprises（SEM） financing in a view of financial exclusion, According to the different dimensions, we build a suitable measure of financial exclusion index based on the SEM data from 2002 -201 l.on that basis, we compares the extent of SEM financial exclusion in regional contrast, the results show that the problem in the east is more serious than in the west, but physical access exclusion and assessing exclusion in the west are more serious than in the east, we explain the financial vision ,Acconting to different characteristics of east and west, different measures were taken to solve the problem of financial exclusion.
