摘　　要：在分析国内外电子政务运维现状、实践与发展趋势的基础上,结合ITIL理论的全球最佳实践和卫生部电子政务建设现状,探索基于ITIL的卫生部机关电子政务运维服务管理体系模式设计、基于ITIL的电子政务运维服务体系设计和基于ITIL的卫生部运维费用管理评估方法。On the basis of analysis of the operation and maintenance of the status, practice and development trends of e-government at home and abroad, combined with global best practices of itil theory and e-government construction situation of the Ministry of Health, we explore the system and mode of operation and maintenance service management of the Ministry of Health and design a evaluation method of operation and maintenance expense management of the Ministry of Health.
