摘　　要：近年来，第四军医大学主动适应医学教育交叉融合和军队联合训练的需求，从优化育人机制人手，积极探索建立联合课程、联合师资、联合演练、联合资源、联合管理的医学教育新机制，推动医学人才培养模式的优化和教学质量的提高，取得了显著的成效。In recent years, to meet the demand of the integrated medical education and the joint military training, the Fourth Military Medical University has actively probed and established a new medical education system -- ＂Five-Joint Education System＂, including the co-curriculum, the joint faculty, the joint drilling, the joint resources and the joint administration. Great progress have been made in the optimization of cultivating model of medical talents and the teaching quality.
