摘 要:医学影像学是利用灰阶不同的图像来反映人体组织器官的形态及功能变化。数码技术的发展使图像数字化,从而实现了计算机辅助教学。为了保证医学影像学的教学效果,减少胶片化教学所导致的人为因素对学生学习的影响,我们对首都医科大学2007级七年制临床医学专业33名学生的医学影像学见习实施了计算机辅助教学。教学结束后,我们采用与2002级七年制临床医学专业学生(采用胶片式教学)相同的试卷对这些学生进行测试,对比两个年级学生的考试成绩。结果表明,2007级学生的平均成绩略高于2002级学生的平均成绩,P〉O.05,差异无统计学意义;但是,2007级学生考试成绩的中位数(86)较2002级学生考试成绩的中位数(81)提高,而且2007级学生较2002级学生考试成绩全距缩小,标准差缩小。计算机辅助教学能够保证学生学习医学影像学的效果,且克服了以往胶片教学中胶片老化、破损、学生学习相互制约干扰等不利因素,是医学影像学教学的趋势。Modem medical imaging is a subject that uses grayscale images to reflect the different shapes and functions of tissues and organs. The development of digital technology makes digital images easily, and complete computer assisted teaching ( CAI), which changed from the previous film-teaching methods. In order to ensure medical imaging teaching effect, and to reduce the individual effects by the film teaching, the authors compared 33 students' imaging diagnosis test results using computer assisted in 2007 grade of the capital medical university with film teaching 2002 grade from the same university and found that students ' scores slightly higher in former than those of 2002 grade, P 〉 0. 05, with no significant. However, the median of the 2007 student test scores (86) is higher than 2002 students' (81 ), the score range became narrow. CAI can ensure students' learning outcomes of medical imaging, and overcome film eroding, film damaging, the mutual restraint of interference between students and other adverse factors from the film teaching. It is the trend of medical imaging teaching.
