摘  要:上海海航办公楼主楼为超限高层复杂连体结构,采用钢框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构体系。介绍了该结构的主要特点和结构分析的有关内容,包括结构布置、抗震性能目标、多道抗震防线、连接体楼板应力、连体结构动力特性等内容。通过静力弹塑性分析找出结构的薄弱部位,并采取针对性的抗震加强措施。分析结果表明,在地震作用下,主体结构具备较好的承载和变形能力,能够达到小震弹性、中震可修、大震不倒的性能指标。A steel frame-concrete core mixed structure system is applied in Shanghai Haihang Office Tower,which is an ultra limited connecting structural building.The main characteristic of the structure,structural analysis and relevant details of design were introduced,including the structure arrangement,anti-seismic performance targets,seismic multiple-defense lines,connecting floor stress,dynamic characteristics of connecting structure,and so on.By pushover analysis,the weak position of the structure was found out,and the corresponding strengthening measures were adopted.The analysis results indicate that the main structure has good bearing and deformation ability under the earthquake.It can reach the aims of elasticity under small earthquake,restoration under medium earthquake and not collapsing under large earthquake.
