摘  要:苏州工业园区公积金大厦深基坑工程与已建成的轨道交通1号线地铁隧道结构相邻,基坑围护结构设计时需对地铁结构内力与变形进行严格控制,通过对基坑支护体系、土方开挖和拆撑方式进行三维数值模拟分析,得出地铁隧道结构附加变形及应力变化在可控范围内,分析软土深基坑设计与施工风险控制关键技术,成功进行潜在风险预报及预警。Deep foundation pit of SIP Suzhou Industrial Park Provident Fund Building is near Suzhou rail transit No.1 subway tunnel structure.The internal force and deformation of the subway structure should be controlled in the design of the foundation pit enclosure structure.Bracing,excavation and the support dismantlement method were analyzed with the numerical simulation.It is obtained that the additional deformation and stress variation of the subway tunnel structure are in the controllable range.The soft soil deep foundation pit design and construction risk control technology were analyzed.The potential risk forecasting and early warning were successfully proceeded.
