摘　　要：总结北京市农民住房建筑形式和技术的发展现状和趋势,研究文化传统和风俗习惯对其建筑形式和技术等方面的影响,分析造成北京市农村住房建筑质量不高的主要原因。提出提高农村建房质量,加强农村建筑管理,建立健全服务体系等应对措施,为北京市未来的农村住房建设提供有益的参考。this paper sums the existing state and development trend of farmer＇s residential building formation and construction technology, study the affection of traditional culture and custom on the building form and construction technology, analyzes the main factors which lead to the low quality of the farmer＇s residential building. And put for- ward some measures including improving the construction management, service system and the quality of residential building, in order to benefit the construction of farm＇s residential building in the future of Beijing.
