摘 要:我国农业剩余劳动力数量较大,面对经济结构转型下的巨大就业压力,农村劳动力转移就业问题愈加突出。国外研究者从多角度分析了农村劳动力转移的原因、途径以及各国农村劳动力转移的实践。针对我国国情,国内学者从农村劳动力转移就业的制约因素、制度缺陷等方面展开了研究。新时期,我国必须顺应工业化、现代化、城市化发展的规律,从宏观和微观层面进行科学的统筹规划,加速推进农村劳动力转移就业。Our country agricultural surplus labor force is bigger, in the face of economic structure of the great transforma- tion of the employment pressure, rural labor transfer the employment problem increasingly prominent. The foreign re- searchers analyzed from various angles, the cause of rural labor transfer way as well as the countries the practice of rural labor transfer. According to China's national conditions, the domestic scholars from rural labor transfer factors hindering the employment, system defects such aspects of the research; The new period, our country must conform to the industrialization and modernization, the rules of the development of the urbanization, from the macro and micro level of science overall planning, speed up the rural labor transfer employment.
