摘　　要：本文提出了在当今实施素质教育的前提下 ,高校教师的自身素质也要提高 ,并结合我国高校的现状 ,指出高校教师应在教育教学理论水平 ,对现代教育技术手段的应用技能、人文素质和创新素质等方面得到提高 。The writer put forward a view that the teachers in the colleges and universities should pay attention to the improvement of quality of themselves under the condition of today's quality education.In the light of the present situation of the colleges and universities in China the writer consider that the teachers in colleges and universities must improve their studying level of education and teaching theory,appllying skill of modern education means,humanstic quality and creative quality above all to suit the need of new condition of quality education.
