摘　　要：本文从三个方面论述了特殊儿童的存在观 ,又从操作的角度分不同方面论述了特殊儿童的发展观和特殊儿童的分类观 ,最后指出了国务院公布的弱智分类标准中值得商榷的地方。The paper re-visits discussions about abnormal children. First of all, the author discusses the objective reality of abnormal children's existence from three aspects. The author analyzes views about abnormal children's development and classification. Finally, the author identifies some problems in a national document about the classification of the mental-retarded.
