几种视盘前凹陷性疾病的眼部B超表现及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨几种视盘前凹陷的眼部B超检查的影像学表现及临床意义。方法采用法国光太超声AVISO操作系统,选取2008年1月至2011年10月我院眼科门诊及住院患者的眼部B超检查报告单,提取50例有明显视盘前凹陷患者的影像学资料,分别描述其特点。结果总结出6种不同眼疾的视盘前凹陷在眼部B超检查时影像学特点。结论眼部B超检查对不同的视盘前凹陷的眼部疾病的临床诊断意义是非常重要,非常直观的。Objective To explore several disc front sag eye B uhrasound examination of the imaging manifestations and its clinical significance. Methods Using the French light too ultrasonic AVISO operating system, from 2008 January- 2011 October my courtyard outpatient and inpatient eye B uhrasound examination report of 50 cases of optic disc, extract has obvious front sag neuroimaging data, respectively, to describe its characteristics. Results Six kinds of diseases of the eye disc front sag in ocular B ultrasound examination radiographic features were summarized. Conclusion The eye B uhra- sound on different optic disc front sag ocular disease of clinical diagnostic significance is very important, very intuitive.
