摘　　要：本文综述了近年来有关外伤性脉络膜破裂的研究现状,从临床表现(包括眼底检查和影像学检查所见)、并发症(包括脉络膜出血、脉络膜新生血管形成、脉络膜下增生膜、视网膜下出血等)和治疗等方面进行了阐述,对今后的研究提出了建设性的意见。This article reviewed recent reports on traumatic choroidal rupture from many aspects, such as clinical situation （ include fundus examination and .iconography findings ）, complication （ include choroidal hemorrhage, choroidal neovascularization, subchoridal hyperplasia membrane , Subretinal hemorrhage etc） and treatment, and provided construc- tive suggestions for further researches.
