摘  要:目的探讨肿瘤转移相关基因(MTA1)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其意义。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR(Q-PCR)检测47例NSCLC组织、8例癌旁组织和8例良性病变肺组织中MTA1的表达水平,分析其表达与临床和病理学特征的关系。结果 MTA1在NSCLC组织的表达水平高于癌旁和良性疾病肺组织[(1.840±1.384)pmol/μl vs.(0.915±0.246)pmol/μl和(0.562±0.297)pmol/μl](P<0.01)。在NSCLC组织中MTA1的表达与淋巴结转移和临床分期有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、性别、吸烟史、病理类型及分化程度无明显相关。结论 MTA1有可能成为评价NSCLC进展的指标之一。Objective To explore the expression and significance of metastasis-related gene 1 (MTA1) in non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC). Methods The expressions of MTA1 and E-cad rnRNA were detected with real-time fluorescence quantitative-PCR in 47 samples of NSCLC tissues (group A), 8 samples of tumor-adjacent normal lung tissues(group B) and 8 samples of benign lession lung tissues (group C). The relationship of /VITAl expression and clinical pathologic features of NSCLC was analyzed. Results The expression of MTA1 was higher in group A than that in groups of B and C[(1. 840 ± 1. 384) pmol/ul vs. (0. 915 ± 0. 246) pmol/ul and (0. 562 ± 0. 297) pmol/ul] (P〈0. 01). In NSCLC tissue, the expression of MTA1 was closely correlated with lymph node metastasis and the tumor stages (P〈0. 05, but not significantly correlated with age, sex, smoking history, pathological type and differentiation degree(P〉0. 05). Conclusion MTA1 gene may possibly become one of the indexes in evaluating the progress of NSCLC.
