中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎48例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗肝气犯胃型慢性胃炎的疗效。方法:治疗组48例在辨证应用柴胡舒肝散的基础上联用舒必利治疗,对照组48例单用柴胡舒肝散治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组91.7%、对照组70.8%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在辨证应用柴胡舒肝散的基础上联用舒必利治疗肝气犯胃型慢性胃炎可明显提高疗效。Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with chronic gastritis （invading the stomach type）. Methods：The treatment group was administered traditional Chinese and western medicine, the control group was administered traditional Chinese medicine. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was respectively 91.7% and 70.8%. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM- WM therapy is effective, the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of the control group.
