持续质量改进在外科护士操作考核中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨如何应用持续质量改进（Continuous Quality Improvement，CQI）方法对外科护士操作培训和考核方式进行改进，提高护士的操作技术水平。方法应用PDCA循环进行持续质量改进，分析问题产生原因、制定改进目标，采取整改措施，实施效果评价。比较CQI前和CQI后护士对培训考核方式的满意度、考核成绩平均分数及各级护士的优秀率。结果CQI后本科护士考核成绩取得明显进步，由CQI前（91．87±0．03）分提高到CQI后（93．45±0．16）分，P〈0．01，，且各级护士中优秀率皆得到提高；同时护士对操作考核满意度提高（P〈0．05）。结论应用持续质量改进方法，可调动护士学习的积极性，提高护理操作技术水平。Objective To explore the application of continuous quality improvement （CQI） in surgical nurses operating methods for improve the training and assessment and nursing skills. Method The training of nurses＇satisfaction assessment methods, assessment average and excellent rates were analyzed by PDCA cycle using for continuous quality improvement.Results not only the nursing training scores are improved, but excellent rates at all levels of nurses were be enhanced; nurses operating assessment of satisfaction were increased （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Continuous quality improvement methods can improve the enthusiasm of nurses to learn and improve nursing skills.
