摘  要:目的探讨乳腺癌全程教育模式的构建方法及效果。方法将2009年11月~2011年5月收入本科的120例乳腺癌患者随机分成实验组和对照组,对照组采用传统健康教育,实验组实施全程4个阶段的连续性教育和个体化健康教育,对两组入院和出院时相关知识认知程度、焦虑状态、并发症发生状况、功能锻炼达标率、健康教育满意度、平均住院天数进行比较。结果实验组患者出院前较入院时心理素质有明显改善,并发症发生率下降,功能锻炼达标率、健康教育满意度提高(P〈0.05)。结论实施全程分阶段个体化健康教育更适合于患者及家属。促进了乳癌患者疾病的康复,预防并发症的发生,增强自信心。Objective To investigate the construction and effect of education mode for breast cancer. Methods A total of 120 patients, who were admitted in between November 2009 and May 2011, were randomly divided into experiment group which was furnished a comprehensive education of four-phase continuous courses and individualized health counseling and control group which was adopted traditional health education. A comparison was performed at admission and discharge between the two groups on relevant knowledge, anxiety, complication status, function exercise compliance, health education satisfaction, as well as the average length of hospital stay. Results Patients in experiment group demonstrated an apparently psychological along with a lower incidence of complications and a higher functional exercise compliance rate and satisfaction on health education. Conclusion The implementation of the comprehensive education four-phase continuous courses and individualized health counseling is considered to be more suitable for the patients and their families in promoting breast cancer disease rehabilitation, preventing complications, as well as gaining self-reliance.
