中医护理对通脉消斑膏外敷治疗颈动脉斑块的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨护理对通脉消斑膏外敷治疗颈动脉斑块的疗效研究。方法将符合入选标准的颈动脉斑块患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组同时进行口服拜阿司匹林、辛伐他汀片及通脉消斑膏外敷,护理干预组予以特殊的护理干预,观察并比较其治疗前后IMT、Crouse积分、脱落率及皮肤反应发生情况,并进行统计学分析。结果两组均能有效降低IMT及Crouse积分,显著改善颈动脉斑块的质与量(P<0.05),而护理干预组总体有效率高于对照组而脱落率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能有效减少通脉消斑膏外敷的皮肤反应,总体增加临床有效率而减少脱落率,值得临床上推广运用。Objective To observe clinical effect study on TCM nursing for tongmaixiaoban cream external application on atherosclerotic plaque.Methods According to Criteria and exclusion standard,patients were randomly divided into TCM nursing group and control group.All the patients were treated with aspirin,simvastatin,po,and tongmaixiaoban cream External Application.TCM nursing group were given special nursing additionally.We detected and compared IMT,Crouse scores,discontinuation rate and skin reaction rate.Results Two groups could decrease IMT,Crouse scores effectively,improving quality of carotid plaques obviously（P〈0.05）.And TCM nursing group had higher clinical total effective rate and lower expulsion rate than control group.Conclusions Effective nursing intervention can reduce skin reaction by outer coating tongmaixiaoban cream External.Overall increase efficiency and reduce the rate of clinical fall off,which is worth of promoting in clinical practice.
