产前筛查高风险孕妇护理干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预用于产前筛查高风险孕妇的效果。方法将300例产前筛查高风险孕妇分为对照组与干预组,对照组的150例孕妇于遗传咨询门诊常规复诊,羊水穿刺的预约与实施,进行羊水穿刺时无专职护士陪伴,未进行健康宣教与护理干预;干预组的150例孕妇由专职护士电话召回,并及时进行筛查咨询,配合健康教育和心理疏导,同时在羊水穿刺手术的前后,护士给予术前指导,术时陪护和术后随访。结果两组产前筛查高风险孕妇的焦虑值、血压、脉搏值均存在显著性差异。结论对产前筛查高风险孕妇进行护理干预,可明显降低孕妇的焦虑情绪,稳定心率与血压,从而提高产前筛查高风险孕妇心理健康水平,减少先天缺陷儿的出生。Objective To discuss nursing intervention effect on prenatal screening high risk pregnant women.Methods Divided 300 cases of high risk pregnant women into intervention groups and control groups,150cases of control group undergo routine procedure of amniocentesis without specified nurse accompany;150cases of intervention group undergo routine procedure of amniocentesis without specified nurse accompany,prompt consultation and health education;provide nursing care through the amniocentesis.Results The Anxiety Level,Blood Pressure,Pulse of women of two groups have significant difference.Conclusions Nursing intervention for the prenatal screening high risk pregnant women can improve the anxiety,stabilize the blood pressure and pulse,increase the phycological health level,and reduce the birth rate of prenatal deficits.
