摘　　要：BLM是RecQ DNA解螺旋酶家族成员之一。RecQ DNA解螺旋酶家族在抑制人类肿瘤发生及早衰方面发挥着重要作用。本文介绍了BLM基因的结构与生物学特性,并在此基础上对BLM基因突变及其蛋白表达作一综述。BLM is one of the members of the RecQ family of DNA helicases. The RecQ family of DNA helicases plays an important role in suppression of cancer and premature aging in human. This review introduces the structure and biochemical characteristics of BLM, the mutation of BLM gene and the expression of BLM protein.
