摘　　要：农业转基因技术应用对公众环境权产生的伤害主要体现出一种可能性和潜在性,但是此种伤害一旦现实化了,那么将是严重的而不是轻微的。此外,从公众环境权受到伤害的主体上看更具广泛性、代际性;从对公众环境权伤害的内容上看更具不确定性;从对公众环境权伤害的时间上看更具长期性。鉴于此,在农业转基因技术应用推广中,需要采取措施以维护好公众的环境权。The application of agricultural GM technology produces possibility and potential harm to public environmental rights. However if the harm becomes actual, it will be serious. In addition, the subject whose environmental rights are harmed by agricultural GM technology is broad and intergenerational; the content of the harm caused by agricultural GM technology to public environmental rights is uncertain; and the harm is long-time. So it is important to take measures to assert public environmental rights in the application of agricultural GM technology.
