摘　　要：废旧建筑再利用是时下流行的话题。对民国时期教会学校建筑:天主教河南总修院的主体转楼进行了详细的研究,通过对该建筑的实地考察,绘制出了建筑平立面图,基于第一手资料,对其空间布局和空间装饰进行了深入细致的分析,并提出了可行性的保护方案。希望引起对该建筑的重视,并加以保护和利用。The recycling use of discarded buildings is a popular topic at present. Detailed research was conducted on missionary school constructed during the period of the Republic of China：the main building of Seminario, Regionale Honan-Kaifeng. Construction plans and elevations were plotted through on-the-spot investigation, and based on firsthand information, it was made a deep and meticulous analysis of the construction ＂s spatial distribution and decoration, and put forward the feasibility protection scheme. Attention is paid to this building and moreover, protection and utilization are what this research expects.
