摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌中细胞外基质Tenascin(TN)表达的影响因素,为今后相关研究提供依据。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测105例胃癌患者中的TN表达,并应用SPSS18.0软件,对临床资料进行Logistic回归分析。结果 Tenascin表达(+)78例,(-)27例;以Tenascin表达为应变量,以临床资料(年龄、性别、贫血程度、HP感染、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、临床分期、浸润程度、组织学类型、胃癌的Borrmann分型、胃癌部位、分化程度和癌胚抗原)为自变量,经多因素Logistic回归分析得出:贫血程度、淋巴结转移、浸润程度、分化程度、癌胚抗原是影响Tenascin表达的最主要因素。结论胃癌中的TN表达受多种因素的影响,但是否有相互协同作用尚待进一步研究。Objective To explore the influence factors of Tenasein（TN） expression in gastric cancer,for future research provides the basis. Methods Using immunohistochemistry detected TN expression of 105 cases for gastric cancer, and the clinical data of 105 patients were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software and Logistic regression analysis. Results Tenascin expres- sion （＋） 78 cases, （-） 27 cases.Tenascin expression was dependent variable, the clinical data （age, gender, anemia degree, HP in- fection, tumor size, lymph node metastasis and clinical stages, infiltrating degree, histologic type, Borrmann classification, stomach parts and differentiation degree and carcinoembryonic antigen） were independent variable.With multiple factors Logistic regres- sion analysis,anemia degree,lymph node metastasis,infiltrating degree, differentiation degree, carcinoembryonic antigen were the major effect factors of Tenascin expression. Conclusion TN expression of gastric cancer is influenced by many factors.
