摘　　要：目的探讨P-P38蛋白和uPA蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用微波EliVi-sionTM免疫组织化学法检测60例食管鳞癌组织中P-P38蛋白和UPA蛋白的表达情况,并与40例正常食管黏膜组织进行比较。结果食管鳞癌组织中P-P38和uPA分别表达定位于细胞核和细胞浆,其表达明显高于正常食管黏膜组织(P<0.05)。两者的表达与肌层浸润程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期及病理分期有关(P<0.05);两者之间表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 P-P38和uPA在食管鳞癌呈高表达,且在食管鳞癌的发生、发展和转移过程中起一定的作用。To determine the expression of P-P38 and uPA in the esophageal squamous cell carcino- ma and its significance. [Methods] 60 cases of endometrial cancer, 32 cases of normal endometrial tissue were de- tected in P-P38 and UPA by microwave EliVisionTM. [Results] The expression of P-P38 and UPA were located in the cytoplasm and endometrial. Its expression was higher than that of the normal tissue （P 〈0.05）. Both of them were related with myometrial invasion, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and pathological staging（P 〈0.05）. It was pos- itive correlation between them （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] P-P38 and UPA was highly expressed in the endometrial cancinoma and its expression was related with endometrial carcinoma development and metastasis.
