摘 要:针对精密磨削加工过程连杆颈圆度受工件弹性变形影响问题,提出一种适用于连杆颈偏心运动特征的新型圆度在线测量方法,主要由接触式位移探头、V形基准块和随动支撑机构组成.通过分析V形基准块的微变等效模型,以及随动过程位移探头的测量角变化规律逆向求解被测工件原始圆度偏差函数.在工件转速为30,r/min条件下,在线测量装置样机从试样获取的圆度数据与参考圆度仪的最大误差为0.05,μm.用在线测量数据修正加工程序后试样圆度偏差从11.11,μm下降至2.45,μm,表明该方案符合曲轴精密加工应用的圆度在线补偿要求.Considering the roundness degrading of crankshaft pin journal caused by elastic deformation of working piece, a novel online roundness measuring methodology was proposed with respect to the eccen- tric motion characteristic of pin journal, which is mainly consisted of contact displacement sensor, V shape reference frame and following support mechanism. Through analyzing the Microchange equivalent model of V shape reference frame and detecting angle variation pattern of displacement sensor, the origi- nal roundness deviation function is solved reversely. At 30 r/min rotary speed of working piece, maximum deviation of 0.05 p.m was observed between reference roundness instrument and the online measuring pro- totype. Correcting the manufacturing program with roundness data obtained from the prototype, roundness deviation in sample working piece decreases from 11.11μm to 2.45μm, and this indicates that the developed scheme meets the requirement of online roundness compensation for precise crankshaft ma- chining.
