摘  要:近30年来,我国残疾人高等教育取得丰硕成绩。总体而言,我国已形成残疾人在普通高校就读为基础,在残疾人高等教育学院就读为骨干,成人教育和远程教育等方式就读为辅助的格局,初步形成有效的管理模式;针对听障、视障学生开设了艺术、按摩等25个本、专科专业。同时,残疾人高等教育存在着政策支持不够、法律保障不足、基础建设欠缺、学生就业困难等问题。Over the past three decades, the higher education for the disabled in China has achieved fruitful results. China has developed a framework for disabled persons to receive higher education, under which disabled persons can study in ordinary institutions of higher learning on the whole but in special institutes of higher educa- tion for the disabled in the main, and adult education and long-distance education are used as auxiliary means of their higher education. Also, for those hearing-impaired and visually-impaired students, art, massage and other 23 specialized courses have been created. However, the higher education for the disabled is faced with such problems as insufficient policy support and legal protection, the shortage of infrastructure, and disabled students' difficulty in finding jobs after graduation.
