摘 要:从福建三明引进大球盖菇在新疆玛纳斯县进行栽培可行性、适宜的原料配方筛选及林下套种试验。结果表明:在新疆栽培大球盖菇是可行的;玉米秆、玉米芯、棉秆、棉籽壳均是优良的栽培原料,其中以70%棉秆+30%棉籽壳配方栽培的生物学效率最高,达63.76%,100%玉米秆栽培效益高,技术最简洁;林下套种产量高,成本底,尤值得推广。Stropharia rugosoannulata Farl. ex Murrill introduced from Sanming, Fujian was tested for adapbihy and suitable formula of culture medium in Manasi county, Xinjiang. The results showed that it was practical to plant Stropharia rugosoannulata Farl. ex Murrill in Xinjiang. Corn stalks, corn cobs, cotton stalks and cotton seed shell all could be used as cultivation material, in which formula with 70% cotton stalk and 30% cotton seed shell obtained the highest biological efficiency (63.76%), while the medium only with corn stalk got the highest benefit with the simplest technology. Growing under trees was suitable to be promoted widely as it got higher yield with low cost.
