摘  要:介绍了一种大角动量永磁无刷直流陀螺电动机的高精度稳速控制系统。在研究无刷直流陀螺电动机运行原理的基础上,应用了一种简单实用的速度闭环控制策略,并在Simulink中建立电机本体及控制模型。陀螺电动机的主控制器由硬件电路和软件程序组成。DSP和CPLD作为控制器主体,以分段PI算法为稳速控制方法,两者配合实现了软起动、过流保护和稳速控制等功能。样机试验结果表明,该控制系统起动迅速、起动可靠性高及稳速精度高。A high-accuracy constant-speed system of great angular momentum permanent magnet brushless DC gyro motor was introduced. Based on the analysis of the operational principle of the brushless DC gyro motor, a speed closed- loop control strategy was designed, and the model of the BLDCM and controller was proposed in Simulink. DSP and CPLD were used as the main components of the controller. Piecewise PI was used as the control algorithm on steady speed. The mo- tor was controlled by the combination of hardware and software to achieve soft start, protection of over current and steady speed controlling. Through prototype testing, the result shows that such control strategy has short starting time, high starting reliability and high-accuracy steady speed.
