摘　　要：目的研究胃癌组织中Smad 4与环氧合酶-2(Cox-2)蛋白的表达情况及其与临床病理特征之间的关系,评价Smad 4和Cox-2在胃癌预后判定中的价值。方法选取49例胃癌根治手术标本作为研究对象。利用免疫组化检测Smad 4和Cox-2在胃癌中的表达,分析其与胃癌的关系。结果胃癌组织中Smad4的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期及预后有关,而Cox-2在胃癌中的表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移、TNM分期及预后有关,Smad 4和Cox-2表达具有相关性(R=-0.362,P<0.05),Smad 4、Cox-2联合表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移、TNM分期及预后有关。结论 Smad4与Cox-2可能参与胃癌的发生、发展,Smad 4阴性表达和Cox-2阳性表达在胃癌的发生、发展中起着一定作用,且2者之间具有相关性。Smad 4阴性表达和Cox-2阳性表达可作为胃癌侵袭性和预后评估的生物学指标。Objective To investigate the expressions of Smad4 and Cyclooxygenase-2（Cox-2） in gastric cancer and their correlation with pathological characteristics,and evaluate the value of Smad4 and Cox-2 in the prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods The specimens of 49 gastric cancer patients who underwent gastrectomy were selected.Immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect the expressions of Smad4 and Cox-2 in gastric cancer and analyze their relationship with gastric cancer.Results The expression of Smad4 in gastric cancer was correlated with tumor histological grading,metastasis of lymph nodes,TNM staging and prognosis.The expression of Cox-2 in gastric cancer was correlated with metastasis of lymph nodes,TNM staging and prognosis.There was correlation between the expressions of Smad4 and Cox-2（R=-0.362,P〈0.05）.Co-expressions of Smad4 and Cox-2 were correlated with metastasis of lymph nodes,TNM staging and prognosis.Conclusion Smad4 and Cox-2 may be related with the development of gastric cancer.The negative expression of Smad4 and the positive expression of Cox-2 play an important role in the development of gastric cancer and they are correlated.Smad4 and Cox-2 could be considered as biological parameters which to evaluate invasion and prognosis of gastric cancer.
