技能训练对住院流浪精神病患者康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨技能训练对住院流浪精神病患者康复效果的影响。方法:对112例流浪精神病患者在住院期间实施技能训练,训练前后采用日常生活能力量表(ADL)和社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)对患者进行评估。结果:技能训练后患者日常生活自理能力及社会功能明显改善,技能训练前后ADL和SDSS评分差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:对住院流浪精神病患者实施技能训练能有效提高其生活自理能力,改善社会功能,促进康复。Objective：to study the skill train- ing to stray mental patients recover in effect. Methods： 112 cases of mental illness during be in hospital in stray implementation skills training, training before and after the daily living skills scale （ADL） and social function defect scale （SDSS） for patients with this. Results： patients after training skills daily self - care ability and social function improved obviously, skills training ADL and SDSS score before and after a sig- nificant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： to stray mental patients in hospital imple- mentation skills training can effectively im- prove the self- care ability, improve the so- cial function,stimulative rehabilitation.
