摆动模式超声乳化治疗年龄相关性白内障的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨摆动模式超声乳化术用于各种年龄相关性白内障的安全性和效果。方法:对200例(200眼)年龄相关性白内障,采用摆动模式超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术。术后随访3个月,观察视力及并发症情况。结果:200例白内障均顺利完成晶状体超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术。裸眼视力≥0.5者112眼,矫正视力≥0.8者86眼,并发症有后囊破裂6眼,角膜中度水肿13眼。结论:对各种年龄相关性白内障行摆动模式超声乳化术是一种较为成熟、安全的手术方法。Objective：Inqulre into swinging a super voice of mode the safety and effect that emulsify Shu to used for various age rel- ativity cataract. Method：To 200 eye age rel- ativity cataracts,the adoption swings a super voice of mode to emulsify to unite a crystal form body of artificial to transplant Shu. Shu empress with visit for three months, observe sight and complications circumstance. Re- sult ：200 cataracts all complete a super crys- tal form body voice to emulsify to unite a crystal form body of artificial to transplant Shn smoothly. Is naked eye sight ≥10.5 are 112 eyes,correct sight≥0.8 are 86 eyes, the complications has behind the bag break 6 eyes ,the cornea mid -degree dropsy is 13 eyes. Conclusion： It is a kind of to go to swing a super voice of mode to emulsify Shu to various age relativity cataract more ma- ture, safety of surgical operation method.
