被膜食管支架治疗食管贲门良性狭窄的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨被膜食管支架治疗食管贲门良性狭窄临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2012年1月于我院行被膜食管支架的46例食管贲门良性狭窄患者临床资料,记录所有患者治疗过程及治愈情况,分析术后并发症发生及处理措施。结果操作成功率100%,46例均一次性成功置入支架,术后患者临床症状改善良好,无1例出现严重并发症(如食管穿孔、出血等),但术后部分患者胸部隐痛等轻度并发症,经临床医师发现均予以及时处理。结论被膜食管支架治疗食管贲门良性狭窄,疗效确切,应用范围广。Objective To discuss the film of esophageal stent in the treatment of esophageal benign stricture clinical curative effect. Methods A retrospective analysis from 2011 January to 2012 January in our hospital were membrane esophageal stent in 46 cases of esophageal and cardiac stricture in patients with clinical data, records of all the patients during the treatment and cure of analysis of postoperative complicatiorLs and treatment measures. Results The operation success rate of 100%, 46 cases were successful primary stenting, patients with postoperative clinical s：anptoms improved, with no severe complications （such as esophageal perforation, hemorrhage） , but some patients with chest pain and postoperative mild complications, the clinician are found to as and when. Conclusion Biofilms of esophageal stent in the treatment of esophageal benign stricture, definite curative effect, wide application range.
